is required for trips of two or more days. For trips of two or
more days, it is preferred if forms
are mailed to us two weeks prior to trip departure. If necessary, you
can
bring forms with you on the day of your trip and hand them to your
guide before your trip starts. No faxed or emailed forms accepted.
